Special Assistance

Do you need special assistance to access our services?
We have a permanent induction loop system installed for the convenience of our hearing impaired customers. Just switch your hearing aid to the T setting upon entering the shop.

We now have portable ramps for wheelchair users and others that may have difficulties negotiating our shop entrance. Just ring the bell outside the shop to attract our attention.

We have a free catalogue, and an exclusive home selection and delivery service for customers with special needs who cannot for whatever reason visit us in the shop - please phone us on 01788 567715 or e-mail us if you would like us to help in this way.
